You can join us if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
- At least one year of professional experience in the banking industry. Audit or compliance work will be desirable.
- Basic knowledge of the AML/CFT function.
- Teamwork player with interpersonal skills willing to provide guidance and support to colleagues in the performance of assigned duties, when needed.
- Being aware, attentive, and protective of confidential data and adherence to security policies and procedures.
- Flexibility working in the early morning or late evening shifts.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity and professional ethics.
What should you do:
- Provide support by guiding Businesses through regulatory requirements needed to be compliant with policies and procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Prepare FAQs and guidance on regulatory requirements based on Businesses queries and market needs.
- Constantly communicate with and report to management the progress of assigned/handled tasks.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
