ACX is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT Team.

What should you do:
- Design and deploy IT Systems.
- Install, configure and maintain on-premises IT systems: (Active Directory, File Server, Virtualization systems, etc.)
- Configure and support cloud systems (Office 365, Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Configure and maintain IT hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Network and IT Systems
- Perform technology needs analysis for security and efficiency.
- Develop and update IT infrastructure relevant documents, policies, procedures and topology diagrams.
- Working knowledge and expertise in configuring and supporting AD, Azure, Microsoft 365, Zabbix, Windows 10 and Network protocols.
- Experience and designing and setting up systems and networks based on growing business needs.
- At least 3 years of experience in System administration or IT support.
- Certifications are preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
- Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
- Sound knowledge of English language.
