What should you do:
Handling tickets, chats & calls to facilitate 24/7 support for our clients via Customer Service Tools
Community management and customer support service
Respond to client inquiries to meet the high standards set by the Company whilst complying with the set KPIs

Compliance Senior Agent

- You have at least 2 years of experience in Regulator Compliance, auditing background is a plus.
- You are fluent in English both speaking and writing (B2+ and above)
- You are passionate about the future of finance and money (banking background is an advantage)
- You are an overachiever and hustler.
- You are detail oriented and can work under pressure.

What should you do:
Be part of our growing crypto compliance team servicing global crypto exchanges and platforms and provide clients with compliance support ranging from reviewing KYC/AML files to ongoing live blockchain transaction monitoring.
If you have never done the above or don’t know anything about Crypto, do not worry. We will train you!
